SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA

For shipping within Australia, we use Australia Post. Once your order has been shipped a unique tracking number will be sent to your nominated email address.

Please note that our shipping time frames are a guide, and that they are subject to change due to Australia Post delays.

Orders placed prior to 12pm AEST will be shipped same day.

During busy periods, promotional events and sales there may be delays on the dispatch of your order.

We ship with DHL Express and it is estimated to take up to 2-5 business days.

All New Zealand orders are charged with a flat rate of $19.95.

PRE-ORDER SHIPPING

Items on pre order will be processed as normal, however shipped at a later date. The estimated dispatch dates are available to view on each product.
Orders that have been placed with an item in stock and a pre order item will be dispatched separately with no extra postage cost.

ALL ORDERS

We cannot deliver to PO Box or Parcel Locker addresses. Orders to PO Box or Parcel Locker addresses may be subject to cancellation.

In the case of any delay to processing times, you will be notified by email.

ITEM AVAILABILITY

Occasionally stock levels are not up-to-date on the Online Store, this means items may not be available at the time of purchase. The likelihood of this occurring is extremely rare.
If this occurs to an item in your order, you will be notified by email as soon as possible and offered a suitable replacement or a full refund.
